A membership renewal system is an engine that is continuously running and churning out notifications, invoices, and (hopefully) renewals. How do you know all of the many moving parts of the system are working efficiently and effectively? There are many levels of maintenance checks that can be performed on your renewal system to optimize its performance. This Meminar session will take you through a typical renewal system and provide several ways to track the performance of the system regardless of the association and data management systems your membership program may use. It will help answer questions like,
- How well are you renewing members prior to expiration?
- How successful is your renewal system rescuing members in the grace period?
- Are your first renewal notices performing as well as they could be?
- Which monthly renewal groups are performing best or performing worst?
