This was the question my membership team asked ourselves when the COVID-19 pandemic hit and it had to be answered. Dues revenue is the lifeblood of most associations including ours and in a blink-of-an-eye the other major revenue centers (like meetings and events) vanished into thin air. Something had to be done.
