Grace periods can be controversial. You’re gambling on members that have yet to commit to continuing their affiliation with your organization. What can you do to convince them to pay those past due dues that you haven’t already done before the membership expiration date? What are the repercussions for your program and organization of having members floating in the grace period? When is the right time to let them go and say goodbye (for now)?
